Specific Skills:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of Delivery Drivers.
Schedule the activities of delivery drivers.
Train drivers for their job duties.
To make sure health & safety procedures are being followed.
Hire the right candidates for job.
Monitor and operate the daily operations.
Resolve work problems and provide solution to improve performance.
Prepare performance reports.
Requisition or order materials and supplies.
Co-ordinate repairs & rentals.
Supervise the loading of the Vans.
Responds to emergency situation as required.
Completes daily time in sheets.
Maintains safety & security of the premises & people during the shift.
Ensure the use of safe working methods and behaviors within the team.
Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other team members/drivers.
Overseeing all activities related to parcel sorting, road allocation and monitoring of existing processes and procedures.
