Position Summary

Skull Vaping is seeking a reliable and detail focused Accounting Officer to join our finance team. The successful candidate will help manage daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the smooth financial operation of the business.

Our company handles a wide range of retail products, including devices such as the geek bar pulse x 25k, making accurate sales, inventory, and transaction records an important part of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment documentation
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank and sales records
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Track business expenses and maintain supporting documents
• Review financial records for errors or discrepancies
• Assist with inventory and sales reconciliation
• Maintain confidential accounting information
• Support the finance team with general administrative duties

Qualifications

• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Accounting, finance, or business qualification is preferred
