Company & Position Overview

Located in North Vancouver, where mountain landscapes meet established residential neighbourhoods, Parkway Town Pantry is a retail convenience store operating alongside a Chevron branded fuel station. Open 24 hours a day, we provide local residents, commuters, and visitors with snacks, beverages, everyday essentials, and fuel services. A successful store depends on people who take pride in their work. From keeping merchandise available and displays organized to helping customers and supporting colleagues, each member of our team contributes to a welcoming, dependable shopping experience.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with retail or supervisory experience who is ready to take an active role in daily operations and team leadership. Working closely with management, you will coordinate staff and shift coverage, support employee training, oversee inventory replenishment and merchandise presentation, and assist with cash handling and reconciliation. You will also address customer concerns and help maintain consistent service, safety, and operating standards. Our round the clock operations call for sound judgment, clear communication, and effective coordination between shifts. We are looking for someone who can organize priorities, provide practical guidance to employees, and respond professionally when the store becomes busy or an operational issue arises. This is an opportunity to broaden your retail management experience and contribute to a business serving the North Vancouver community. If you lead by example, value teamwork, and take ownership of delivering reliable customer service, we welcome your application.
