1 Hourly Rate: $36.50 per hour

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years; or Equivalent experience.
1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
This position requires work to be completed at the physical location no remote wrok option
Coordinate the flow of information within the office.
Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other materials.
Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and court-related engagements.
Maintain and organize filing systems and records.
Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, conferences, and other proceedings.
Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
Arrange travel, prepare related itineraries, and make reservations.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and other administrative documents.
Prepare, proofread, and key in correspondence, legal documents, reports, and other materials.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and legal information.
Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required.
