IT consultant

At this point we are seeking an experienced IT Consultant to join our team to support our technology consulting and IT solutions services. The successful candidate will work with business clients to assess their technology requirements and design, implement, and support information systems and technology solutions.

Employement type: Full time, permanent

The main duties include:

- Consult with clients to identify their business, technology, information systems, and IT infrastructure requirements.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and prepare technical specifications for software, applications, CRM systems, cloud solutions, and other information technology solutions.

- Design, develop, configure, and implement information systems and business technology solutions tailored to clients’ operational requirements.

- Provide advice on information systems strategy, technology selection, system integration, IT infrastructure, cloud services, and technology service delivery.

- Design and implement CRM, workflow automation, data integration, and other technology solutions to improve clients’ business processes and operational efficiency.

- Assess existing servers, networks, cloud environments, applications, and information systems and recommend improvements to performance, reliability, security, and scalability.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, documentation, and maintenance.

-Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, access controls, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and system disruptions

-Conduct technical and quality assurance reviews of software products, applications, integrations, and information systems to ensure that they meet documented business and technical requirements.

-Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to clients during the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of information technology solutions. 

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in information technology, information systems, systems support, or a related field

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

- Spoken and written English language

-Experience assessing business and technical requirements and providing technology solutions.

- Experience with software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, system integration, and maintenance.

- Knowledge of operating systems, computer networks, servers, cloud-based systems, and user access management.

-Experience supporting business software applications, databases, CRM systems, and cloud-based technologies.

- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices, access controls, and system security procedures.

-Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical support skills.
