Job Description:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with current legal standards and organizational goals.
• Evaluate HR policies and procedures and identify areas for improvement or new initiatives.
• Plan and oversee staffing processes, employee benefits administration, and training and development programs.
• Coordinate onboarding and training to ensure new staff are properly prepared for their roles.
• Assist employees and management with understanding HR policies, compensation, and workplace procedures.
• Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and helping resolve conflicts.
• Explore and develop job roles, descriptions, salary scales, and performance evaluation methods.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Manage HR information systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Coordinate performance evaluation processes to ensure timely and constructive employee feedback.
• Stay up to date on workplace safety requirements, employee benefits, and recommend improvements to workplace policies and practices.

Job Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• Post-secondary education in human resources management or in the same field is required.
