JOB DUTIES:
- Coordinate activities of installers and other workers engaged in residential patio, sunroom and related installation projects.
- Assign work, coordinate installation schedules and establish methods to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units
- Consult with project manager to schedule production runs in a cost and time efficient manner
- Communicate regularly with project managers, shop/warehouse, and installers to coordinate activities between warehouses and construction sites
- Coordinate installation activities with homeowners, installers, surveyors, subcontractors and other service providers.
- Monitor installation projects, resolve scheduling and workflow issues, and implement measures to improve productivity and service quality.
- Requisition, order and coordinate materials and supplies required for installation projects.
- Coordinate with suppliers when materials are arriving and that the warehouse is ready to receive them
- Monitor material inventory, and review that project related materials are wrapped and ready to go on site
- Participate in recruitment and staffing decisions and coordinate employee schedules, vacation and absence coverage.
- Review measurements, drawings and project requirements and coordinate required building and development permit documentation.
- Review construction plans and coordinate with engineers and municipal authorities regarding project requirements, permits and applicable building requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors, monitor performance and work completed, and review project-related invoices against materials and services provided.
- Maintain project records and prepare progress, scheduling and cost reports, including monitoring project expenditures against approved budgets.
- Review project specifications, measurements and scope of work and prepare project contracts and related documentation.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process and prepare detailed quotes based on project requirements, measurements, preferences and budget.
- Follow up with clients after the project is complete to ensure they are satisfied with the work done

Compensation: Please note that the wage will be subject to the prevailing wage in AB for NOC 13201 at the time of hiring.
