Due to continued business growth, Assa Construction Ltd. is currently seeking to hire one (1) full-time Fence Installer to join our team.

Terms of employment: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: $29.50
Start date: As soon as possible
Work location(s): Various Locations in Abbotsford and other Lower Mainland (BC) areas as per company’s contracts with its clients
Job duties:
- Read blueprints, drawings, or work order specifications to plan layout and fence installation procedures.
- Measure and lay out fence lines and mark posthole positions, following instructions, drawings, or specifications
- Dig post holes in which the fencing will be positioned.
- Set metal or wooden posts in upright positions in postholes and align posts using plumb bobs or levels.
- Mix and pour concrete around bases of posts, or tamp soil into postholes to embed posts
- Join, raise, and secure segments of the fence in place.
- Install, repair, and service fencing and decks using hand and power tools.
Position Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Minimum 9 Months of related work experience is required.
