Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook complete meals, individual dishes, and authentic specialty Himalayan/Nepalese food items.
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers and coordinate food service activities.
• Maintain food inventory, monitor supplies, and estimate food requirements and costs.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure strict compliance with sanitation and safety standards.
• Clean kitchen workstations, equipment, cooking utensils, and storage areas regularly.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently during high-volume peak dining hours.

Employment Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of commercial cooking experience.
• Ability to operate commercial kitchen cooking equipment and work effectively in a team.
