Terms of Employment: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Operate cash register, POS system, and payment terminals to process transactions accurately.
• Greet incoming patrons warmly, answer inquiries regarding the menu, specials, and ingredients.
• Accept cash, debit, and credit card payments and calculate accurate change.
• Pack and bag take-out food orders securely in accordance with restaurant packaging guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully sanitized checkout counter and service area at all times.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and provincial health standards.

Employment Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is an asset; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings and weekends.
