Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Cold Dish & Pastry Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will prepare cold dishes, appetizers, and pastries in accordance with standardized recipes while maintaining consistent quality, food safety, and timely service. This position requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Duties

• Prepare cold dishes, appetizers, and pastries according to standardized recipes and presentation requirements.
• Ensure that all food items meet established quality, portion, and presentation standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures for the preparation, handling, and storage of cold food and pastry products.
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and reporting shortages, spoilage, or supply needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation and cold kitchen area.
• Collaborate with the Cold Dish & Pastry Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and timely preparation during service hours.
