Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)

One (1) permanent full-time position of Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030) is available at 1001133734 Ontario Inc. o/a Subway Sandwiches and Salads located at 1920 Dundas St

London, Ontario, N5V 3P1.

Main Duties to be completed as per the lead statement of NOC 60030:

• Manage daily operations of the Subway restaurant and assign duties to staff.
• Prepare staff schedules based on business needs and sales.
• Hire and train new employees and provide training when menu items or procedures change.
• Monitor staff performance, customer service, food cost, waste, and daily sales.
• Manage inventory and place orders for food, packaging, and other restaurant supplies.
• Handle dine-in, takeout, catering, online, and delivery orders.
• Make sure menu items, prices, and online ordering platforms are updated when required.
• Deal with customer complaints and resolve service issues.
• Ensure the restaurant, food preparation areas, and seating areas are clean and meet health and safety standards.
• Communicate with suppliers and arrange food and other required supplies.
• Prepare required reports and follow Subway operating procedures.
• Contact local businesses and organizations to promote catering and increase sales.

Requirements:

Minimum One (1) Year of work experience.      

Completion of College Program.

Wage Rate : $36.95/hour

Hours : 35 Hours/week
