Salary: $38.50 hourly/ 30 to 40 hours per week

Position: Fulltime/Permanent

Minimum Education: High School

Language: English

Work Location: Various locations in lower mainland British Columbia

Start Date: As soon as possible

Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience in Landscaping.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate landscaping and grounds-maintenance crews at residential and commercial properties.
• Schedule daily jobs, assign crew members, and monitor work to ensure timely and quality completion.
• Plan and oversee lawn mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, planting, garden maintenance and seasonal clean-up services.
• Inspect completed work and ensure services meet company standards and customer requirements.
• Estimate and coordinate labour, landscaping materials, tools and equipment required for scheduled jobs.
• Order and maintain landscaping supplies, equipment and materials as required.
• Train and provide technical directions to landscaping workers on work procedures and equipment use.
• Resolve job-site problems and adjust crew assignments or work procedures when necessary.
• Maintain daily work records, crew timesheets, job reports and equipment records.
• Ensure crews follow company safety procedures and properly use landscaping equipment and personal protective equipment.
