Sales Representative (food products)

FRESH DIRECT PRODUCE is hiring 1 Sales Representative (food products) - NOC 64101 - to start immediately. Please review the job description below and apply as directed.

Main Duties:
• Promote sales to existing clients
• Identify and solicit potential clients
• Conduct sales transactions
• Provide clients with information
• Prepare sales or other contracts
• Negotiate rates and terms
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Store, update and maintain databases
• Prepare reports
• Calculate costs of orders
• Perform data entry
• Conduct sales calls
• Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems
• Review and adapt to information regarding product innovations,
competitors and market conditions
• Assess potential institutional, business or individual client markets

Wage: $38.50 /hourly
Hours: 32 hours/week
