690128 BC Ltd. is currently looking for 2 full-time Farm Supervisors who can start working on our blueberry farms located in Abbotsford and Langley (BC) as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect crop/field to determine conditions and need for pruning, weeding, harvesting or other agriculture operations required.
• Supervise & oversee the growing & other crop-related operations and train farm workers.
• Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
• Assign duties to workers such as pruning, irrigation, harvesting, packaging, or grading.
• Make sure all the safety procedures are followed by the workers.
• Develop work schedules and establish procedures.
• Ensure farm safety procedures are followed.
• May perform the same agricultural duties as subordinates.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year of farm experience.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Ability to supervise and work in a fast-paced environment which may be physically demanding.
