Nail and Spa Service Manager

 To expand our business, we are looking for a full-time and permanent Nail and Spa Service Manager.

We offer: C$38.45/hr (30-40hrs/wk) with 4% paid vacation.  

Work location: P-20 (Unit 20) 999 W Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 2W2

Employment requirements:

• Completion of secondary school.
• 1-2 years working experience in Nails Salon.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities and service operations of the nail and spa business.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise nail technicians.
• Develop and maintain workplace guidelines, procedures and customer service standards.
• Monitor stock levels, order supplies and manage operating costs and expenses.
• Handle customer questions, concerns and complaints and ensure appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and support the business’s marketing and advertising activities.
