House Cleaner

One Percent Realty is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented House Cleaner to help prepare residential properties for showings, listings, move-ins, and move-outs. The successful candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services and maintaining a professional appearance while representing our company.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces.

• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean floors and surfaces.

• Clean windows, mirrors, appliances, fixtures, and cabinets as needed.

• Remove garbage and ensure properties are neat, fresh, and presentable.

• Prepare homes for open houses, client visits, photography, and property showings.

• Report maintenance issues, damage, missing items, or unusual conditions to the appropriate team member.

• Follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and company standards.

• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Manage cleaning tasks within scheduled timeframes.

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with homeowners, tenants, real estate agents, and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous residential, hotel, janitorial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Reliable, punctual, organized, and trustworthy.

• Ability to lift cleaning supplies and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and kneeling.

• Good communication and customer-service skills.
