NOC: 73200 – Residential and Commercial Installers and Servicers (Siding Installer)
Work Location: 3625 Qualicum Street, Abbotsford, BC V2T 5A6 and Various construction sites throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland, British Columbia.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Start Date: As soon as possible

Wage & Hours

• Wage: $28.50 per hour
• Hours: 35–40 hours per week
• Schedule: Early Morning, Morning, Day, Weekend

Job Requirements

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Previous experience is an asset; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, organized, and able to work well in a team.
• Physically capable of lifting construction materials and working at heights.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Install prefabricated exterior products, including vinyl, fiber cement, wood, aluminum, and other siding materials.
• Install interior prefabricated products as required.
• Repair and service exterior and interior prefabricated products.
• Measure and mark guidelines to ensure accurate installations.
• Prepare and maintain work materials, tools, and supplies.
• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe work site.
