Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor with 3–5 years of experience to oversee construction projects and supervise a crew of 5–10 workers. The successful candidate will coordinate daily site activities, ensure health and safety compliance, read blueprints, schedule work, order materials, and provide training and leadership to the team.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of construction supervisory experience
• Valid driver's licence
• Working at Heights, WHMIS, and Fall Arrest certifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable team player
• Ability to work on-site (no remote work)
