Data Entry Supervisor

We are looking to hire a permanent full-time Data Entry Supervisor position at Palser Enterprises Ltd. in London, Ontario. Candidate must have experience with the QAD solfware and knowledge of plumbing and heating products. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data entry using the QAD software system to order plumbing and heating products
• Training and monitoring clerks in QAD software system
• Supervise sales emails and distribute workload among clerks
• Coordinate, assign and review the work of clerks
• Coordinate activities with company shipping department and shipping services
• Resolve work-related problems regarding shipping and receiving material or products
• Daily report of sales volume and product availability from the data entry result
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Prepare purchase order for plumbing and heating supplies and materials
• Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work of office or warehouse
