Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for assisting customers with the selection and purchase of jewellery products, providing product information, completing sales transactions, maintaining attractive product displays, and supporting daily retail operations while delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewellery that meets their preferences and budget.
• Provide information on jewellery features, quality, pricing, warranties, and care instructions.
• Recommend suitable products and answer customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Handle custom orders, repairs, exchanges, and special customer requests.
• Arrange, replenish, and maintain attractive jewellery displays and showcases.
• Receive, label, and organize new merchandise for display and inventory.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock counts using the computerized inventory system.
• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
•  Maintain a clean, secure, and organized sales floor while following company policies and procedures.

Employment Requirements

Education

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

• 1 to Less than 7 months.

 Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Sales and product presentation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
