- Coordinate and monitor the logistics of the movement of international shipments (from the overseas parent company) and domestic distribution via Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners.
- Ensure that supplies, materials and products are shipped and received on schedule.
- Prepare and process all customs documents for international shipments.
- Communicate regularly with sales, service, and suppliers to coordinate activities.
- Maintain inventory of finished products and R&D prototypes at the local headquarters and main 3PL facilities to ensure uninterrupted B2B and DTC fulfillment.
- Prepare and maintain various reports on shipment tracking, inventory levels, 3PL performance, and other logistics information.
