Harvesting Labourer

We are looking for seven (7) harvesting labourer to work full-time, contract  employment, 40 -60 hours per week at vegetables farm located in Quennsville, Ontario.  Salary:  $18.00 per hour. Start Date:  August 1, 2026. End: April 30, 2027

Duties and responsibilities will include the following: 

Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops

Weeding

Grade vegetables  into different grades according to size, shape, colour

Pack vegetables

Examine product for quality and its readiness for market

Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment

Clean work area

Work Conditions:

Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, work under pressure, handling heavy loads, tight deadlines, physically demanding, standing for extended period of time, bedning, kneeling, walking. Worksite environment: Cold, hot and dusty environment.   work must be completed at physical location. There is no option to work remotely.  Work Setting: Staff Accommodation is available,  remote location

Requirements:

No education, no experience required. Will train.
