The Gig
You won't be handling long negotiations or complex contracts. Your focus is straightforward:
- Connect with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods.
- Walk them through their current energy bills to see if solar makes financial sense for them.
- Identify interested homeowners, gather their basic details, and book a time for our Solar Consultant to present.
- Log your info and join brief daily team huddles to sharpen your approach.

- Coachable: You’re willing to listen to feedback and actively improve your skills.
