We, Shady Island Seafood Bar & Grill Ltd., are looking for 2 Full-Time & Permanent Cooks. (We can consider Part-time as well as Full-time applicants.).

Salary: $20.00 - $21.00/hr and based on 30-36 hrs/wk
Overtime: Overtime will be provided after 8 hrs/day, or 40 hrs/wk
Benefits: 4% paid vacation

Education: Completion of Secondary School
Experience: 1-2 years related working experience
Job description:
- Cooking and presenting high quality dishes
- Preparing and producing seafood, sauces, etc.
- Preparing, grilling, frying, baking, sautéing as required
- Assisting the Head Chef
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain the kitchen by practicing good safety and sanitation
- May assist with inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- May supervise or train kitchen helpers
