Job Description:
- Develop, implement, and maintain company policies and procedures, ensuring employees understand workplace expectations, compensation structures, benefits, and human resources practices.
- Collaborate with management to identify current and future workforce training requirements, including technical skills development, safety compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Manage recruitment activities, including workforce planning, candidate sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation programs.
- Coordinate and oversee ongoing employee training and development programs to enhance technical competencies, productivity, and career growth opportunities.
- Develop, review, and update job descriptions, organizational structures, wage scales, compensation programs, and performance management systems aligned with operational needs.
- Administer employee relations matters, including policy interpretation, disciplinary procedures, conflict resolution, employee concerns, and workplace investigations when required.
- Support management in maintaining a safe, professional, and productive work environment by ensuring compliance with company policies, employment standards, and workplace safety regulations.
- Participate in discussions related to workplace agreements, staffing requirements, workforce planning, and operational challenges to support business objectives.
- Administer employee compensation, benefits programs, training initiatives, and employee support services to ensure fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
- Coordinate employee performance evaluations, monitor review schedules, and ensure managers provide timely and constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality, compliance, and data integrity.
- Monitor and recommend improvements to employee benefits, wellness initiatives, safety programs, and workplace practices to enhance employee engagement, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare HR-related reports, documentation, and recommendations for management to support strategic decision-making and workforce development.
Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• post-secondary education in human resources management or in the business-related field is required.
