Deputy General Manager

Annual Salary: CAD 100,000.00

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Part-/Full-time: Full time

Responsibility:

1. Assist the General Manager in establishing strategic objectives for the company's Canadian operations and participate in formulating key operational policies and business programs.
2. Direct and oversee the daily operations of the core cross-functional team during the initial incubation phase, and recommend the creation of formalized departmental structures as the company scales.
3. Manage the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to implement company policies; enforce financial and administrative controls; and oversee the execution of promotional campaigns and personnel planning.
4. As the company grows, assist in the selection and appointment of middle managers, and directly supervise their daily activities.
5. Coordinate the daily work of the company's departments and facilitate inter-regional activities as business expands.
6. Represent the company in negotiations with key clients and partners, or at other official functions as delegated by the General Manager.
