Salary: CAD 40 hourly
Weekly work hour: 40 hours
Responsibility:
- Identify and solicit potential B2B clients (e.g., retail chains, boutique homeware stores) for premium cookware and kitchenware products.
- Assess clients' needs, recommend appropriate goods or services, and negotiate prices or other sales terms.
- Develop sales presentations, proposals, or other materials to illustrate the benefits of the products (e.g., titanium material advantages, ergonomic designs).
- Develop and maintain technical product knowledge to explain features to clients and answer questions about goods or services.
- Consult with clients after the sale to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot technical problems related to product specifications, warranty claims, and post-sale merchandising support.
