Job Description:-

Ari’s Wellness DBA Shoppers Drug Mart #241 at 10108 Jubilee Rd W, Summerland, BC V0H 1Z0 is looking to hire a Front Store Manager to join their team as soon as possible.

Languages-

English

Education-

Bachelor's degree

Experience-

2 years to less than 3 years

On site-

 Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work setting-

Willing to relocate

Relocation costs not covered by employer

Responsibilities-

Direct and control daily operations

Evaluate daily operations

Plan and organize daily operations

Manage staff and assign duties

Develop and implement marketing strategies

Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses

Determine staffing requirements

Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages

Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers

Conduct performance reviews

Maintain inventory of supplies

Monitor staff performance

Supervision-

11-15 people
