Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to meet business needs while ensuring legal compliance and a positive workplace environment.
  • Review and improve HR policies and procedures based on company needs and best practices.
  • Work with management to identify training needs and support employee development.
  • Plan staffing needs and support workforce planning to ensure proper coverage.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training to ensure new staff are properly prepared for their roles.
  • Create and update job descriptions, job classifications, salary structures, and employee evaluation processes.
  • Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and helping resolve conflicts.
  • Manage employee compensation, benefits, training, and engagement programs.
  • Support fair and inclusive workplace practices and employee well-being initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on workplace safety requirements, employee benefits, and recommend improvements to workplace policies and practices.
  • Manage employee performance review processes and maintain performance records.
  • Assist employees and management with understanding HR policies, compensation, and workplace procedures.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

 


Job Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field is required.
  • Minimum six months to one year of administrative experience in human resources environment is strongly preferred
