Salary: $47.00/Hourly
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 30 to 40 hours per week
Start Date: As soon as possible
Language: English
Minimum Education: High School
Requirements: university degree or college diploma in business management or related field OR High school with 2 to 3 years of experience in business management or related field.
Job Duties:
• Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan
• Make high level decisions about policies and strategies
• Ensure restaurant is following all specifications, standards and operating procedures from time to time prescribed by the franchisor.
• Act as the primary spokesperson for the company
• Develop the company’s culture and overall company vision
• Recruiting senior management teams
• Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale
• Oversee the company’s fiscal activity including budgeting, reporting and auditing
• Provide inspired leadership company wider
• Maintain sufficient working capital for restaurants so that it operates in a proper, efficient and effective manner
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
