Delivery Coordinator

Punjabi By Nature Sweets and Factory Inc. located at 287 Deerhurst Drive, Brampton, Ontario, L6T 5K3 requires 1 Delivery Coordinator on Permanent and Full-time basis

Wage: $ 36.25 per hour

Hours: 37.50 hours per week

Education required: College.

Experience: Must have 2 years to less than 3 years of verifiable experience.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate daily production-to-delivery logistics and dispatch schedules for restaurant and catering orders.
• Plan and adjust delivery routes to ensure timely distribution of prepared and perishable food products.
• Liaise with kitchen and production staff to confirm order readiness and dispatch priorities.
• Communicate with customers, catering clients, and restaurant locations to confirm delivery details and resolve delivery issues.
• Identify delays or discrepancies and coordinate corrective action.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound movements, including supplier pickups and transfers between company locations.
• Ensure deliveries comply with food safety, temperature control, and transportation requirements.
• Continuously monitor delivery efficiency and customer service.
