Responsibilities
Tasks
- Develop, update, and implement software solutions while ensuring proper testing and integration.
- Modify and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and performance.
- Explain technical issues and provide clear solutions to team members and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain documentation, including system reports and user guides.
- Support the process of gathering and recording user and business requirements.
- Contribute to designing system architecture and technical specifications.
- Build and support specialized software features for multimedia, including film and video.
- Design and maintain applications for web-based and online business platforms.
- Monitor, track, and resolve system incidents to ensure smooth operations.
- Offer ongoing client support after deployment and work with data formats like JSON and automation tools such as RPA.
