Job description:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dessert parlour to ensure efficient and high-quality food and beverage service.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and service procedures to enhance customer experience.
- Hire, supervise, and provide training to staff members to ensure professional and effective performance.
- Prepare employee work schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff productivity and service standards.
- Manage inventory levels, track sales and revenue, and adjust operational practices and pricing strategies as required.
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner while ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers for the purchase and delivery of food products, ingredients, and other necessary supplies.
- Arrange and negotiate bookings and service requirements for private events, catering services, and special functions hosted at the parlour.
