Job description:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dessert parlour to ensure efficient and high-quality food and beverage service.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and service procedures to enhance customer experience.
  • Hire, supervise, and provide training to staff members to ensure professional and effective performance.
  • Prepare employee work schedules, assign duties, and monitor staff productivity and service standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, track sales and revenue, and adjust operational practices and pricing strategies as required.
  • Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner while ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers for the purchase and delivery of food products, ingredients, and other necessary supplies.
  • Arrange and negotiate bookings and service requirements for private events, catering services, and special functions hosted at the parlour.
