Driver & Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our team. This position involves handling various warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse settings and possess strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and customers. Duties

• Moving and organizing inventory within the warehouse using manual handling techniques and equipment
• Assisting with shipping and receiving processes, including preparing shipments and verifying deliveries
• Verify products against packing slips and purchase orders
• Sort and place products in designated storage areas according to warehouse layout
• Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring timely order fulfillment
• Use the most efficient route to help avoid any delays in delivery.
• Manageing multiple pickups and drop offs in single trip.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records through data entry and stock counts
• Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and compliant with safety regulations
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Communicating effectively with team members to coordinate daily tasks and resolve issues promptly
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouse and premises.

Requirements

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for specific equipment such as forklifts
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more)
• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interactions
• Experience with moving items efficiently within a warehouse setting
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail
• Reliable transportation to commute to the warehouse location
