Job Duties:
- Coordinate tasks and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assign responsibilities to staff members and monitor the quality and completion of their work.
- Organize work schedules and allocate resources to meet operational requirements.
- Provide training to employees on company procedures, workplace policies, and job-related duties.
- Address operational issues, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Monitor financial records and verify the accuracy of transactions and related documentation.
- Arrange and oversee equipment maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime.
- Ensure equipment functions properly and support uninterrupted daily operations.
- Prepare, compile, and submit operational and performance reports as required.
- Plan and coordinate events, programs, and activities in accordance with organizational objectives.
