Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of food and beverage servers.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and customer expectations.
- Establish work schedules, assign duties, and train front-of-house staff in service procedures and safety protocols.
- Address customer concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Maintain records of sales, wastage, and customer feedback.
