  • Utilize OEM and multi-platform computerized diagnostic and testing equipment for medium-duty vehicle platforms to identify and diagnose faults or malfunctions

  • Perform wheel alignments on straight trucks and medium-duty vehicles using the shop's computerized wheel alignment system

  • Perform pre-inspection assessments and related repairs to prepare customer vehicles for commercial vehicle inspections (CVI) at our CVSE-designated inspection facility, including CNG-fueled vehicles

  • Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups, in accordance with customer fleet preventive maintenance programs, scheduled during night and weekend shifts to minimize customer fleet downtime

  • Review and discuss work orders with supervisors, and sign off on repairs performed

  • Test and verify repaired vehicles for proper performance and road-worthiness

  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed

  • Operate mobile service vehicles to perform on-site diagnostics and repairs of medium-duty vehicles
