We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Live-In Caregiver to provide essential daily support and personal care for a senior with ongoing health and mobility needs. • Salary - 20.00 hourly / 40 hours per week
• Terms of employment - Permanent employment - Full time
• Early morning, Evening, Shift, Morning, Night, On call, To be determined, Day, Weekend, Overtime required, Overtime available

Education - No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience  1 years to less than 5 years, we would like someone with experience as my mother needs lots of support.

On site -  Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities - Tasks

• Care for pets
• Administer bedside and personal care
• Administer medications
• Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
• Assist in regular exercise, e.g., walk
• Feed or assist in feeding
• Launder clothing and household linens
• Mend clothing and linens
• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
• Plan therapeutic diets and menus
• Provide companionship
• Provide personal care
• Shop for food and household supplies
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Cook
• Take vital signs
• Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
• Housekeeping activities
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings

Credentials - Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses

• CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Personal Support Worker Certificate
