Restaurant Manager

1 Full-time permanent Restaurant manager available at 2864498  Ontario Inc. O/A Lazeez Shawarma located at 3068 Mayfield Rd suite 1&2, Brampton, ON, L6Z 0E3, Canada:

 Main Duties to be completed are as:

-          Plan, organize, direct and control to operations of the restaurant.

-          Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

-          Recruit staff and oversee staff training

-          Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance

-          Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices

-          Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

-          Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

-          Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering at their location         

Employment requirements

• College/CEGEP
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience is required.

Compensation:

 $36.00 hourly / 37.5 hours per Week. Overtime starts after 37.5 hours
