Overview:

Our busy family in Auburn Bay is looking for a caring, dependable House Manager to help keep daily life running smoothly. We have three young, active boys who are involved in sports and other activities, and we’re looking for someone who can bring organization, energy, and a positive attitude into our home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and clean up after family suppers

  • Handle laundry (washing, folding, putting away)

  • Perform housekeeping duties (cleaning, tidying, organizing)

  • Provide child care support, including supervision and transportation to activities

  • Drive and pick up children from school, sports, and other events

  • Run family errands such as grocery shopping and item pickups

  • Help with general household organization and occasional special tasks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in household management, child care, or similar roles

  • Must have your own reliable vehicle (a family vehicle may be available to assist with errands)

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Comfortable preparing simple, healthy family meals

  • Trustworthy, proactive, and good with kids

  • Able to work independently and anticipate family needs

  • Background in psychology and caring for children with special needs

Additional Information:

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

  • A background check may be required prior to start

  • To make sure you’re detail-oriented (and a little fun), please say in the email with your application why you want this job and what you think is the best part about hanging around young kids, in particular 3 active boys!
