Number of Positions: 1
Salary: $20.00 per hour
Start Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time, Year-round
Work Setting: Private home
Work Location: Yellowknife, Northwest Territories

Job Responsibilities
• Supervise and care for children to support their safety and daily routines
• Prepare and serve meals for the children and assist with child-related household tasks
• Support personal hygiene and encourage healthy daily habits
• Assist with homework and age-appropriate learning activities
• Organize recreational and educational activities appropriate for the children’s ages
• Accompany children to appointments and scheduled activities when required
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for the children
• Follow household schedules, routines, and parental guidance regarding childcare expectations

Qualifications
• Completion of secondary school
• Minimum 6 months of childcare experience or completion of relevant childcare training
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
