Position Title: Front Desk Agent
Reports To: Manager
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally
- Process reservations and payments accurately
- Provide information about resort amenities, dining, events, and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is considered an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn reservation systems
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Work Conditions:
- Must adhere to the company dress code.
- Capable of lifting 50 pounds/25 kg regularly throughout the shift
- Capable of standing, walking, cleaning throughout the shift which may be 6-8 hours in length
- Manual dexterity required to use a tablet or computer.
