We are a fast-growing consulting firm focused on helping individuals and international entrepreneurs move to Canada and establish their businesses there.

 

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team and manage our partnerships and clients. You will work closely with our leadership team to identify partnership opportunities that align with our company's goals and interests and represent our company in negotiations to ensure favorable terms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the company’s marketing, business development, partnership and client acquisition strategies.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the company’s immigration consulting, business consulting and talent retention services to individual clients, entrepreneurs and corporate partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify client needs, industry trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities in the immigration and business consulting market.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with strategic partners, referral sources, community organizations, professional service providers and potential corporate clients.
  • Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with business partners and clients, and assist senior management in securing favourable partnership terms.
  • Direct and evaluate digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media campaigns, online advertising, email marketing and other promotional activities.
  • Oversee the preparation of marketing materials, service presentations, promotional content and client communication materials to ensure consistency with the company’s brand image and business objectives.
  • Develop and monitor marketing budgets, campaign timelines, performance indicators and client conversion results, and recommend improvements based on market data and campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with internal staff, external vendors and service providers to ensure marketing projects and partnership initiatives are completed effectively and on time.
  • Advise the leadership team on marketing strategies, client development plans and partnership opportunities that support the company’s long-term growth.

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • A university degree in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, commerce or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, public relations, client relationship management or a related occupation is required; previous experience at a senior-level position is an asset.
  • Previous experience in professional services, consulting, immigration services, education consulting, business services or a client-based service industry is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, market research, brand development, client acquisition and partnership development.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, website content management, online advertising, email marketing, CRM systems or data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market information, campaign results and client feedback to make practical recommendations to management.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
