Job Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers.
- Prepare reports regarding farm conditions, yields, machinery breakdowns, or labour problems.
- Supervise & oversee the growing & other crop-related operations and train farm workers.
- Make sure all the safety procedures are followed by the workers.
- Develop work schedules and establish procedures.
- May perform the same agricultural duties as subordinates.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-year of farm experience.
- Basic knowledge of English.
- Ability to supervise and work in a fast-paced environment which may be physically demanding.
