We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales, drive revenue growth, and enhance the overall client experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and wellness, highly customer-oriented, and experienced in retail or service-based sales leadership.

Salary: $46.50 CAD per hour 

Schedule: 

Day shift 

Duties: 

Supervise, train, and assign duties to staff to ensure smooth daily operations 

Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and increased sales performance 

Determine product and service offerings, ensuring alignment with client demand and spa brand positioning 

Set pricing strategies and implement promotional, discount, and credit policies to maximize revenue 

Source, select, and procure retail beauty and skincare products for resale within the spa 

Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to promote spa services and retail products 

Plan and manage operational budgets, monitor revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance 

Forecast staffing needs, recruit, hire, and onboard qualified employees 

Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing 

Conduct employee performance evaluations and support continuous staff development 

Address and resolve customer concerns, service issues, supply shortages, and operational challenges 

Supervise daily spa retail operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and brand presentation 

Maintain inventory control and ensure product availability aligns with business demand 

Requirements: 

- 1 year to 2 years of experience is required 

- College diploma 

- Strong understanding of sales strategy, customer service, and team management 

- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into business actions 

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
