Responsibilities:
Tasks
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day beverage service operations within the lounge and bar environment
- Design and maintain visually appealing bar presentations to enhance guest experience and product visibility
- Prepare and serve specialty cocktails, premium spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hospitality standards
- Receive beverage requests directly from patrons and service staff while ensuring timely order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and manage proper storage of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and food products
- Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning bar stations, glassware, equipment, and draft beer dispensing systems
- Assist with preparation and service of light meals, appetizers, and short-order food items during operating hours
- Process customer transactions accurately through cash, debit, credit card, and electronic payment systems
- Reconcile daily beverage sales, maintain transaction records, and support end-of-shift balancing procedures
- Support recruitment activities including onboarding, scheduling coordination, and staff performance supervision
- Provide operational training and guidance to bar personnel on service procedures and customer interaction standards
- Recommend wine pairings, beverage selections, and promotional offerings based on customer preferences
- Address guest concerns and resolve service-related issues professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
- Manage challenging customer interactions and assist in resolving workplace or patron conflict situations
- Operate hospitality entertainment systems and lottery terminals in compliance with company and provincial regulations
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and responsible beverage service policies within the establishment
