Marketing Coordinator

Hermont Tire Inc. is a Port Coquitlam-based tire and automotive service company offering mobile and in-house tire services, fleet solutions, seasonal tire storage, and complete automotive care. Guided by our brand promise — “Just Drive With Us” — we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our brand growth, digital presence, customer engagement, and promotional activities across our retail, fleet, and service segments.

Position Details

Main Duties

Marketing, Advertising & Digital Campaigns

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for Hermont Tire’s retail tire services, mobile tire services, fleet services, seasonal tire changes, tire storage programs, and automotive service lines.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support advertising and promotional campaigns to increase customer awareness and service bookings.
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies to identify customer needs, local market trends, competitor activity, and demand for tire and automotive services.
  • Conduct online marketing, website promotions, and digital advertising activities to promote the company’s services.
  • Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, customer inquiries, and promotional results, and prepare marketing reports for management.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials, including service descriptions, brochures, digital content, promotional flyers, newsletters, and fleet service presentations.
  • Maintain and manage the company’s digital marketing database, customer contact lists, promotional records, and campaign-related information.

Communications, Website Content & Customer Engagement

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and programs to support Hermont Tire’s brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Prepare, write, and edit public written materials such as website content, service information, customer notices, newsletters, promotional materials, reports, and business presentations.
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications material related to tire services, fleet solutions, seasonal promotions, and automotive care.
  • Manage and update website content, online business listings, social media content, customer reviews, testimonials, and service-related announcements.
  • Support communication with retail customers, fleet clients, vendors, and community partners regarding promotions, service information, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Respond to written and oral inquiries related to marketing campaigns, service promotions, and general company information.

Events, Promotions & Market Research

  • Develop and coordinate seasonal promotions, customer engagement initiatives, local marketing activities, and special campaigns for publicity and information purposes.
  • Publicize company activities, promotional offers, service updates, seasonal tire campaigns, fleet service programs, and other customer-focused initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, digital advertisements, promotional materials, and other marketing content.
  • Conduct customer opinion, satisfaction, and attitude surveys to assess service demand, customer preferences, and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Support local business outreach and partnership initiatives to promote Hermont Tire’s retail and fleet service offerings.

Qualifications

  • Education: College/CEGEP certificate or diploma from a 1- to 2-year program, or university degree, in marketing, business/commerce, communications, public relations, advertising, journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language of Work: English.
