Construction helper

Job Description

        Macropus Global LTD.is looking for 2 Construction helpers. This position will be full time      

        with 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week. Our company is located at 3450 Uptown Blvd,

        Victoria, BC V8Z 0B9

The Job Duties for this position will be:

     ●  Load and unload construction and renovation materials, and move materials to   

         workspaces

     ●  Blend, pour and spread materials like concrete and black-top

     ●  Tend or take care of machines or hardware utilized in construction

     ●  Perform different activities at job sites, as coordinated.

     ●  Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal           

          operators to guide them in moving equipment  

     ●  Erect and destroy substantial structures, framework, inclines, catwalks, shoring and   

         blockades expected at construction sites    

     ●  Cutting and shaping materials and joining them with nails, screws, bolts or glue.

     ●  Selecting, measuring and marking materials for exterior doors and windows, foundations,  

         floors, walls and roofs.

     ●  Cutting and molding materials and getting them together with nails, screws, fasteners or paste

Job Requirements:

     ● No Language Requirement

     ● On the job training will be provided

     ● Similar work experience is an asset

What we offer:

      ● $ 25 per hour

      ● 4% vacation pay
