Job Description:

 Diva 9 Studio specialize Facials, makeup, laser hair removal etc. We are currently looking for 2 HairStylisting Specialist to join immediately. Job offered is full-time and permanent. Workers are encouraged to apply immediately.

• Cut and style hair for men, women, and children according to what the client wants. Use blow dryers, curling irons, straighteners, and rollers to create different looks. Style hair for special events like weddings, parties, or proms.
• Apply hair colors, including full-head color, root touch-ups, highlights, balayage, and color correction.
• Perform treatments like keratin, hair botox, and permanent straightening to improve hair health and appearance. Use toners and other products to get the perfect color.
• Give hair spa and scalp treatments to keep hair healthy and nourished. Check clients’ hair and scalp and give advice on care and products to use at home.
• Talk to clients before starting to understand their style, hair type, and what they want. Recommend styles, colors, or treatments that suit them best. Give tips for keeping hair healthy and looking great after their visit.
• Use all tools and equipment safely, including blow dryers, flat irons, curling irons, and rollers. Follow instructions for chemical treatments carefully..
• Make sure clients feel comfortable and happy during their visit. Answer questions, give advice, and help them maintain their hair at home. Provide a friendly and professional experience from start to finish.
• Suggest other services or treatments that could help clients look their best, like hair spa, coloring, or styling for events. Explain new services like balayage or keratin to clients in a helpful way.
• Always work professionally and contribute to a friendly, positive salon environment.

Employment Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber, Certification from a recognized cosmetology or barbering school may lower the experience requirements.
• Strong knowledge of hair and facial hair textures, products, and grooming techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship in all services provided.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to create personalized styling solutions based on client needs.
